Returns and Refunds

FAST AND EASY RETURN
 
Access the Site, create/enter your Account, request the Return
 
  • To make a return request you must have an ACCOUNT.
  • Enter your Account and you will find the ORDER history where you can choose 2 options: Buy again or Request a return.
  • Click Request return, select the items you intend to return if it is an order of multiple pieces, specify the reason for the return using the drop-down menu and, if you wish, add extra notes.
  • Click on Request return again.
  • Your return request will be processed and you will receive an email to confirm return approval.
Prepare the package
 
  • Prepare the package with the products you intend to return and stick the prepaid return label that you find inside your order on the outside. In the event that the label is not present you can contact us in the CONTACTS section of the site or in CHAT always on the site or by writing an email to eshop@nenette.it
  • Book the collection of your return by contacting the express courier on the toll-free DHL number 199 199 345 or go to the Service Point or direct DHL branch by looking for the address from dhl.com (select language and follow the directions).
 
How does payment work?
 
  • Within approximately 7 days of receiving the package you will receive a refund on the credit card or PayPal account you used during the purchase.
 
Remember:
 
  • Returns are always free (any shipping costs of €5.00 incurred for orders under €150.00 will not be refunded as they refer exclusively to the order phase).
  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery of the package to return the products.
